Join the Gators for a great time at the Westgate River Ranch dude ranch from November 15th to 17th. Included in the Club event price of $72.10* are:
- Friday night party with food, beer and wine,
- Saturday lunch,
- Saturday evening hayride and country dinner, and
- Saturday night rodeo
Since we last went two years ago, this property has been improved. The hotel rooms have all been renovated, a new restaurant has opened and more attractions have been added, including a zip line, a rock climbing wall and a mechanical bull. Other optional activities to try are: golfing, horseback riding, fishing, pontoon boat rides, swamp buggy rides, airboat rides, a free petting farm and more.
We will all get matching green bandanas so we can sit together on the hayride and in the bleachers at the rodeo. Saturday night will be fun in the saloon with line dancing.
*Lodging expenses are NOT included (but we get discounted room prices). Each attendee must make its own reservations with the resort.

Club group discount rates on hotel rooms are available to members who sign up for the event. Accommodations at different price points are available to accommodate both budget and luxury travelers. Campers and RVs are also welcome.

- · Inn Room: $109 – Sleeps 4: 2 double beds, kitchenette
- · Courtyard Suite: $129 – Sleeps 4: kitchenette, screened patio
- · 1 BR/2BA Cottage: $159 – Sleeps 4: 1 king, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining, screened patio/porch
- · 2 BR/2BA Cottage: $249 – Sleeps 6: 1 king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living/dining, screened patio or porch
YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS WITH THE RESORT. To get these rates, you must contact the trip leader to GET YOUR DISCOUNT CODE. Reservations are subject to availability. All room rates listed will incur an additional 12% room tax. Please note that there will only be one invoice per room. Roommates will split lodging cost amongst themselves.
