Reviewer Comments:
Open Table: The Meat Market is a sexier, more glamorous take on the traditional steak house. The menu is a dynamic offering of what's great now; reflecting cuts of meat, delicate seafood and produce available and offered on a daily, weekly or seasonal basis under the acute supervision of acclaimed executive chef, Sean Brasel. This new fine dining destination which features a crudo bar serving fresh ceviches and an adjacent bar that mixes unique, handmade cocktails. Outside, a combination of lounges and table service will offer different dining option. The sensual main dining room will welcome guests with luxurious finishes and an airy, light feeling-leaving behind the preconceptions of traditional steakhouses and embracing all that south beach epitomizes. We look forward to welcoming you to South Beach's newest dining icon MEAT MARKET.

PalmBeachPost.com: Cocktails from sparkling to classic in the sexy, exclusive lounge. Palm Beach steakhouse take place among top restaurants in South Florida
The vibe: When this space was the Palm Beach Steakhouse, it was dark, fussy and old-fashioned. There’s a place for that, but apparently not here now that it’s Meat Market — all open and bright, with cascading lights and beautiful details. (The staff is markedly beautiful, too.) The bar and lounge feel like a sexy, exclusive airport lounge where they seriously guard the door — but still we somehow got in! What? Better have a drink before someone notices!
