You must be a current member to make a reservation.

To become a member or renew click here. Each member of a family must complete a separate application. If paying by check, deposit is $500 payable to the Palm Beach Gator Snow Ski Club and mailed to your Trip Leader (pending confirmation).

Cancellation fee for your registration is a minimum of 5% of trip value until 150 days from departure. Closer than 150 days from departure the cancellation fee is a minimum 10% of the trip value irrespective of economic impact to the club.  Cancellation fee is waived If you successfully transfer to another summer Gator trip not previously signed up for within the same fiscal year. Insurance is not included at this reduced price. You are encouraged to purchase insurance. Some Club members buy from a site called https://www.insuremytrip.com and select among various packages and companies. Our trip wholesaler also offers an insurance package at 6.4% of trip value. Please ask your Trip Leader for more details if you are interested in the vendor insurance option.

To purchase the cancel-for-any-reason (CFAR) or pre-existing medical condition insurance option, the policy needs to be purchased within 14 days of each traveler's initial trip payment.
